- Cloud storage/hosting providers (secured)

Storage & deletion
- Order-related files (photos, videos, 3D models) are typically kept for 12 months after completion in case you reorder or need support, then permanently deleted unless you ask us to keep them longer.
- You can request deletion of your data at any time.

You may access, correct, download, or delete your personal information. Just email us.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices, but no method is 100% secure.

By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
- Services
We create custom 3D-printed products including (but not limited to):
- Miniature replicas of hunting trophies (deer, elk, etc.) from in-person scans or customer-submitted photos/videos
- Fully custom items designed from your ideas, sketches, descriptions, reference images, or uploaded files
- Ordering & Payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required before modeling/printing begins.
- All products are custom-made; sales are final once production starts.
- Refunds & Cancellations
- You may cancel for a full refund any time before modeling/production begins.
- After production starts: no refunds except in cases of proven defect or our failure to deliver.
- Re-prints due to minor imperfections are at our discretion and may carry a reduced fee.
- What You Promise Us
- You own or have full rights to all photos, videos, scans, sketches, ideas, or files you send.
- Nothing you submit is illegal, defamatory, or infringes anyone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- You will not request replicas of protected designs, trademarks, or copyrighted characters without permission.
- Intellectual Property & License
- You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and reproduce everything you submit only to fulfill your order and show the finished product in our portfolio (we will remove or anonymize on request).
- You retain ownership of your original trophy/design concept.
- We retain ownership of the final 3D model files we create unless we explicitly sell or transfer the digital file to you.
- Accuracy
- Trophy replicas made from photos/videos are artistic approximations; exact 1:1 matches are not guaranteed.
- In-person scans are significantly more accurate.
- Fully custom designs will match the approved proof as closely as printing technology and artist painting allows. Color/shade may vary slightly.
- Shipping & Risk
Risk passes to you when the package is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays in shipping. Insurance is available at extra cost. - Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. - Governing Law
